Vacancy (Move-in/Move-out) Clean

Kitchen

• Dust light fixtures/fans and high dusting

• Clean, disinfect & polish inside and outside of stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave (if available)

• Clean & disinfect counters and back-splash

• Clean all shelving and inside and outside of cabinetry 

• Clean & shine kitchen sink(s)

• Clean all window sills and window glass and blinds

• Clean all light switches, outlets and door knobs

• Wipe down accessible baseboards, woodwork, and doors

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors/mats/rugs

• Remove all trash and place new trash liner/bag

Bathrooms

• Dust light fixtures/fans and high dusting

• Tidy up and dust all furniture, wall art, ornaments, and mirrors

• Scrub/clean  and sanitize tubs/showers, shower glass doors, sinks, toilets and counter-tops 

• Clean all shelving and inside and outside of cabinetry 

• Clean all window sills and window glass and blinds

• Clean all light switches, outlets and door knobs

• Wipe down accessible baseboards, woodwork, and doors 

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors/mats/rugs

• Remove all trash and place new trash liner/bag

Bedrooms and other living spaces

• Dust light fixtures/fans and high dusting

• Tidy up and dust all furniture, wall art, ornaments, and mirrors

• Clean all shelving and inside and outside of cabinetry 

• Make bed and/or change sheets

• Clean all window sills and window glass and blinds

• Clean all light switches, outlets and door knobs

• Clean glass of entry doors (front doors, side doors, back doors)

• Wipe down accessible baseboards, woodwork, and doors

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors/mats/rugs

• Remove all trash and place new trash liner/bag
